Established in 1953, Bettinelli, S.p.A. has been the leading designer and manufacturer of precision motion control components and systems for automated manufacturing machinery. In 1996, CDS – Cam Driven Systems was established to better support our customers’ needs for engineering solutions in automation and motion technology.
CDS produces the widest range of mechanical cam driven products for precision motion control applications requiring rotary or linear transfer, positioning and handling. Our product line includes cam indexing and servo-driven tables, ring positioning drives, intermittent and oscillating drives with parallel or right-angle configuration, rotary & linear part handlers, precision link transfer systems, and epicycloidal servo reducers. CDS’s experienced engineering team collaborates with our customers’ engineering departments to design and customize a solution to meet their unique specifications. Our engineers are involved throughout the design and manufacturing process to ensure that all customers’ requirements are fulfilled throughout all phases of production.
To ensure and provide the best possible quality, our components are machined in-house on 5 axis CNC machining centres. Cams are hardened in accordance with our proprietary, NC controlled, induction hardening equipment. Nickel plating, sand blasting, and painting of products are also handled in-house, which reduces handling and shortens lead-time. All products are inspected utilizing our Zeiss CMM equipment to ensure the highest accuracy and most consistent quality results.

JK Paper’s legacy goes back to 1938 with setting up of Straw Products ltd. in Bhopal. In the year 1962, Unit JKPM at Rayagada (Odhisa) was established. Today we are a leading Indian player in Office Papers, Coated Papers, Writing and Printing Papers and High-end Packaging Boards.
We have three integrated Pulp and Paper Mills viz; Unit JKPM at Rayagada (Odisha) near the Eastern coast of India and Unit CPM at Songadh (Gujarat) on the Western coast & Unit SPM at Kagaznagar, Telangana. With our recently concluded 170,000 TPA capacity expansion in Packaging Board at Unit CPM, our present installed capacity is 761,000 TPA.
The company has world wide footprint with customer in over 60 countries covering USA, Middle East,Europe,South-east Asia, SAARC and African countries.
In India JK Paper sells its products through an extensive distribution network of over 300 trade partners, 15 depots & 4 regional marketing offices covering over 4,000 dealers.
As part of a larger commitment & respect for the environment, the Company under its Social Farm Forestry program has sustained its efforts for increasing the green cover within 200 Km area from its plant sites. The company has planted close to 9,20,500 Acres of land under this programme. The programme not just helps in greening the environment but also provide livelihood to marginal farmers. Through its social farm forestry program the company is helping to add 3000-3500 Acres of fresh plantation every year. More than 80,000 farmers have been benefitted through our farm forestry model.
